Judge Malcolm Simmons was conceived
in Ton bridge, Kent. After beginning in 2nd half races at New Cross, he made
his local League entrance at Hackney Hawks in 1963 at the age of 17 years;
however, he wasn’t capable to leave the Hackney team to join the West Ham
Hammers for the 1964 season. In 1965 Malcolm won a British League as well as
